It's that time of the year again where we evaluate the prior year, see where we want to be / do in the coming year, and set goals to make those goals a reality.

No Fool

I am not going to lie, I've set many of goals in the prior new years that never came to fruition. Reflecting, I came to the realization, it was NOT due to a lack of intention, it was because I did not focus on them. They were goals I set in my head and sometimes I wrote them out. The ones I wrote out had a better chance of completing. The ones I did not write out, well, I do not recall what they were and we cannot measure what we do not document.

2019 Goals

  • More quality time with my family
  • Read 10 physical books
  • Post once a month to this site
  • Complete (3) 20 minute workouts a week
  • Improve work-flow

Humans (myself) tend to recall more if we write it down. Digital is great; however, pen and paper commits it to memory.
